BILATERAL is a success story built on a foundation of teamwork, hard work and the belief that success lies in making every contact with customers, clients and each other memorable. We began with a small contact center in 2003 and have grown to become one of the top bilingual contact center operators in Colombia. Today, we operate multiple centers serving some of the largest brands in the US and Colombia with escalation capacity.
If you’ve ever been part of a start-up, you know the excitement that comes from rapid growth and the development of both your people and your organization. We’ve enjoyed that success, and today could never be considered a start-up. As we’ve grown our Contact Center services, we’ve expanded from our roots in Customer Service Support to Sales, Technical Support and a host of Back-Office support projects.
